Initial Consultation for Website Design
After an initial consultation to determine the purpose of your website,
review your current marketing materials, and identify any layout or color
preferences, we will begin discussions on the website. Because our rates
are billed on a per page basis, it is easy for you to determine beforehand
the approximate cost for your website. We require a 50% deposit to begin
work. .
Work Process for Web Design
SMG Designs will create 1-2 sample website pages based on all of the information
gathered about the business. Once the preliminary look and layout are
agreed upon and change requests are provided, work will begin on the remainder
of the website. A final review, quality check and testing will take place
once the website is completed. At that time, the remaining 50% of the
cost for the project is due.
Domain Name Registration, Web Hosting & Submission to the Search Engines
Administrative items such as setting up the domain name registration and
web hosting will be handled by SMG Designs and are included in the per
page fees. Also included is submission to the major search engines.
